Peter Blom is an ingenious, energetic businessman with an impressive track record of over 35 years working in 4 continents (Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe). He has a demonstrated ability to identify potential markets, and has successfully founded several companies in competitive industries, and fast-paced environments, especially in Africa where he has been investing for over 20 years. He is the Managing Director of Blom Holdings and IDFG Denmark, Chairman of Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited, Director of Margins Group and subsidiaries, and serves on boards of several companies. Peter’s strengths include business development, strategic planning, negotiation, coaching, and starting up companies in different environments.

Frank is a Business and Management consultant with over fifteen years of experience in business development and strategic planning. He also has significant experience in appraising multi-million infrastructure projects. His span of industries includes transport, public health, agriculture and ICT. Frank is also a facilitator of for the Project Management module with the West Africa Institute for Leadership and Governance. He has led in designing strategy for private sector organisations and has also undertake evaluation assignments for public organisations and international agencies in Ghana. His other areas of expertise include risk management and Public Private Partnerships. Frank holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MPP from Maastricht Graduate School of Governance in Netherlands.

Mr. Dankwah is the CEO of DWA Risk & Financial Management Consulting Ltd, a PPP transaction advisory and capacity building firm in Ghana which he set up in 2009. Mr. Dankwah has over 15 years’ professional experience in senior management and business advisory. Mr. Dankwah worked as Finance Manager, Investment & Risk for the London Underground between 2004-2009. He also as Technical Consultant for the World Bank Mr. Dankwah currently serves as PPP Advisor to the Ministry of Electricity, Dams, Irrigation and Water Resources in the Republic of South Sudan. He is also involved in developing PPP Guidelines for the Ministry of Finance (Ghana). He also serves on the Board of Margins ID Group an independent board members and chairman of the finance committee of the board. Mr. Dankwah holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes (UK) and a MSc degree in Accounting & Finance from the London South Bank University. He is also a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (UK), Associate member of Project Managers Professionals and Institute of Risk Management (UK).

Kwesi A. Baiden is the Chief Compliance of Ensco, a global provider of offshore drilling services to the petroleum industry, overseeing the company’s global compliance program. A position he has occupied since September 2013. Prior to that, he was the Senior Legal Counsel for Ensco’s Middle East and Africa Business Unit and Global Supply Chain functions. Prior to joining Ensco, Mr. Baiden served as the Chief Counsel for Global Corporate Affairs with Pride from 2009-2011. He joined Pride in 2008 as Corporate Division Counsel. Mr. Baiden previously practiced Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance law with the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, both in New York city, and later at Winston & Strawn LLP in San Francisco. Mr. Baiden holds a JD and an LLM from the Columbia University School of Law in New York City and an LLB from the University of Ghana.
